Our Mission
Fusion is a group of authentic and creative individuals who strive to promote inclusivity throughout the dance community at Chapman University. We chose the name Fusion because it defines the constantly evolving and diverse styles of dance our members will bring to the table. To us, dance means having a safe space to showcase everyone’s unique abilities, through freedom of expression, and sharing our passion for dance.
What Makes Fusion Unique
Fusion embraces a variety of cultural dance styles and backgrounds, so our members feel genuinely represented while doing what we love. Our goal is to impact the Chapman community by emphasizing values of authenticity, creativity, and diversity. Our dance style fuses popular styles of dance with the different cultures and backgrounds of our members. This creates a unique dance form that truly represents our student body. We are constantly evolving and growing as we engage with dancers from different communities, and we can’t wait to show you what we have in store!
